Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives. Applies domain and expert technical knowledge.
A degree specializing in Engineering, Mathematics or Science is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage the technical systems engineering life cycle: requirements analysis, configuring, design, development, testing, and deployment of systems. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot high-level technical and non-technical issues.
