Systems Engineer

The Systems Engineer is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving IT infrastructure, with a focus on virtualization, servers, storage, backups, and hyper-converged systems (HCI). The role ensures systems are secure, reliable, scalable, and always available to support business operations and disaster recovery.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with VMware, storage solutions, backup tools, and HCI platforms like vSAN or Nutanix. They will troubleshoot complex issues, work closely with other teams, and ensure the client' infrastructure remains stable and fully operational.

This role includes participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation to respond to critical issues, perform fixes, and minimize downtime outside of normal business hours.
