About the Role
Responsibilities: Maintaining and support the firm’s global trading Linux infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. Diagnosing, prioritizing, and resolving complex incidents and service requests with a sense of urgency.
Proactively identifying issues, implement planned changes, and develop long-term solutions to improve service reliability and prevent recurrence.
Contributing to the automation of provisioning, configuration, and monitoring across thousands of Linux servers.
Managing and optimize critical core services including DHCP, LDAP, DNS, and NFS across on-prem, hosted data centers, and public cloud environments.
Collaborating cross-functionally with support, development, core infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges.
Leading and execute infrastructure projects and the deployment of critical production changes.
