Systems Engineer - CMS Hardware Architecture

About the role

As part of the Product Engineering team, the candidate will be directly involved in the design and development of best-in-class product solutions that maintain Lockheed Martin Canada Inc.'s robust position in the Naval market space. As a systems engineer with focus on our Combat Management System (CMS) hardware (HW) design, this role includes designing CMS products that meet customer requirements, establishing vendor relationships, auditing potential equipment suitability, and supporting back‑end systems HW development from prototyping to End‑Of‑Life (EOL). The candidate must be able to lead by demonstrating engineering interest in novel technologies, supporting work estimates, proposing improvements, conducting risk analysis and supporting design reviews to optimize system and HW design.
