About the Role

About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to act as a key escalation point as well as delivering projects. You'll ensure the stability, security and performance of client environments while delivering cloud and infrastructure solutions.
This role is hands-on across Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Hybrid environments and Entra ID, combining deep technical expertise with strong customer engagement and service discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical presales support across Azure, M365, Intune and Hybrid environments, as well as network solutions
Contribute to technical design, deliver project tasks and independently deliver smaller projects
Act as senior escalation point for complex issues by supporting tickets, major incidents, problem and change management
Support Service Delivery processes and continuous improvement
