Role Overview

Reporting into the Head of IT, this position oversees the health, performance and security of the core infrastructure environment while supporting service delivery and escalations across the technology function. You will lead patching cycles, resilience activities and cyber control initiatives while partnering closely with service desk and engineering teams to maintain operational stability. The role spans both cloud and on-prem environments, ensuring performance, governance and risk controls remain aligned to business needs.

You will work across a broad Microsoft-centric technology stack, including Windows Server environments, Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Defender security tooling and virtualised platforms.
