Reporting to the Principal ICT, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Act as first point of contact and resolution for client reported hardware and software problems; maintain responsibility for logging jobs and escalating appropriately until the job is finished.
• Analyse business problems and identify technology solutions
• Design or improve systems as needed (software, workflows, processes)
• Create, modify, or delete User profiles and accounts in line with staff movements, responsibilities, and company security protocols.
