Systems Analyst — Trading / OMS Domain
Gather and analyze requirements for order management and trading workflows.
Translate business needs into functional specs, use cases, and process flows.
Perform gap analysis between current systems and OEMS capabilities.
Document workflows using UML/BPMN (Visio, Lucidchart).
Define data models, APIs, and integration requirements.
Collaborate with developers for accurate implementation.
Support UAT, testing coordination, and defect triage.
Investigate production issues and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory needs.
Maintain functional documentation and knowledge base.
Relevant Experience
6–10+ years as Business/System Analyst
Experience in trading systems, brokerage platforms, or fintech solutions
Understanding of trade lifecycle and market data preferred
Key Tools/Keywords: SQL, REST APIs, Postman, UML/BPMN, Visio, Trading Lifecycle, Market Data
