Systems Analyst — Trading / OMS Domain
- Gather and analyze requirements for order management and trading workflows.
- Translate business needs into functional specs, use cases, and process flows.
- Perform gap analysis between current systems and OEMS capabilities.
- Document workflows using UML/BPMN (Visio, Lucidchart).
- Define data models, APIs, and integration requirements.
- Collaborate with developers for accurate implementation.
- Support UAT, testing coordination, and defect triage.
- Investigate production issues and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory needs.
- Maintain functional documentation and knowledge base.
