About the Role

Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a System Advanced User, you will be part of driving the overall Distribution Centre result. Your main goal is to provide efficient and smooth system support for daily inbound and outbound operations.
Support end-users with their day-to-day system work.
Conduct system clean-up and ensure system routines are followed.
Perform basic troubleshooting and reporting for system-related issues.
Ensure system-related best practice guidelines are followed for operational excellence.
Identify and suggest improvements for inbound and outbound operations
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will support the Distribution Centre operations, collaborating with the DC Manager and all teams within the DC. You will also provide feedback to system specialists, like Super Users.
