Systems Administrator

Position Overview
Silverspin is seeking a Systems Administrator to oversee, configure and optimize our core corporate application and network ecosystem. In this role, you will manage the administration of Microsoft 365, Azure, Atlassian (Jira & Confluence), office networks and other SaaS platforms supporting 400+ global users.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 & Azure
Administer the full Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Governance environment
Manage identity lifecycle and security controls.
Automate routine administration using PowerShell and Power Automate.
Corporate SaaS & Internal Systems
Administer and integrate core SaaS applications across the business.
Lead escalated technical issues and drive root-cause resolution.
Corporate Infrastructure
Manage backups, and disaster-recovery solutions
Maintain IP PBX, printers, office switches, firewalls and access points and troubleshoot cloud and network issues (VPNs, firewalls)
