Key Responsibilities

• Design, administration, and implementation of infrastructures and systems;
• Administration of virtualized environments (Hyper-V and VMware);
• Deployment and management of hardware (rack servers);
• Installation and configuration of Microsoft SQL Server;
• Server monitoring and management;
• Network management and troubleshooting (VLANs, switching, DNS, DHCP);
• Ensure high service levels and customer support excellence.
