This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining client infrastructure while providing support in the initial analysis of security alerts when needed. It combines operational NOC duties with basic SOC functions.

About the Job:

• Monitor servers, network devices, backups, and cloud services for alerts or failures.
• Respond to incidents triggered from N-Central, Fortinet, Defender, or other monitoring platforms.
• Perform basic investigation of EDR and Zero-Trust security events in the form of whitelisting.
• Create and update incident tickets with accurate timelines and actions taken.
• Execute remediation steps for system outages, service failures, or degraded performance.
