Systeme.io Specialist

We are looking for a tech-savvy Virtual Assistant or Developer with hands-on experience in Systeme.io to help us build, organize, and optimize our digital course infrastructure.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with video libraries, CRM systems, marketing funnels, and membership setups with recurring payments. If you enjoy turning scattered materials into a smooth, professional learning experience, we’d love to meet you.

Main Responsibilities

Course Integration & Platform Setup

• Upload and organize existing online courses into Systeme.io.
• Create a clean, logical, and user-friendly layout for participants.
• Work with current materials (around six courses) and assist with future uploads.

CRM & Funnel Setup

• Build and launch marketing funnels for course promotions.
• Manage customer journeys including landing pages, email sequences, opt-in forms, and sales pages.
