Job Summary
As a key member of the System Test Engineering team, you will drive product performance, reliability, and manufacturability through deep technical troubleshooting, data-driven analysis, and systematic test optimization. You will collaborate closely with Production, Quality, NPI and R&D teams to ensure Agilent’s products meet the highest standards of performance, quality, and ultimately customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
System-Level & Subsystem Troubleshooting
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues at the system, instrument, and sub-assembly levels.
Perform structured failure analysis to identify root causes and implement short-term containment and long-term corrective actions for Yield Improvement and Product Quality
Conduct component-level troubleshooting on defective PCAs, with emphasis on electronic and RF circuitry.
