About the Role

Job Description
Analyzes requirements, design specifications, system topology and develop test procedures based on customer user cases and maintains/update test procedures, for the organization’s products and systems.
Performs system integration test of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency.
Develops, validates, and tests (functional & non-functional tests)
Analyze, submit and manage defects.
Assist in resolving customer field issues on live, production systems. Troubleshoot customer reported issues Maintain client/server product.
Influence, participate actively and drive decision making quickly within and outside of organization.
Upgrade, troubleshoot and maintain test tools & infrastructure
Document the processes and system configurations for future reference.
