- Analysis and evaluation of incidents transmitted by the service desk;
- Resolution of incidents and documentation of the client's system;
- Proactive system maintenance;
- Preparation and configuration of PCs/servers (HW and SW aspects);
- Data protection and transfer (backup, antivirus);
