About the Role
Automation Warehouse System Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for warehouse management systems (WMS), including troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Assist in system configuration, testing, and implementation of new features or upgrades.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, reporting any inefficiencies or bugs.
- Support warehouse staff in using WMS tools and applications.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure integration between WMS and other systems
Requirement:
- Basic understanding of SQL, database management
- Good communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and end-users
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts or provide on-call support when required.
