PRG is Hiring: System Support Engineer (L1) – Night Shift | Rawalpindi (Onsite)
PRG is looking for a System Support Engineer (SSE) to provide L1 technical support, resolve user issues, and ensure smooth IT operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide L1 support for hardware, software & network issues
Install and maintain laptops/desktops
Handle access requests and password resets
Manage tickets and ensure SLA compliance
Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's in CS/IT
1+ year experience in IT support/helpdesk
Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
Knowledge of Windows OS, networks, and IT helpdesk tools
A+ certification preferred
Location: Rawalpindi (Onsite)
No of Positions: 1
Shift: Night (7:00 p.m.–4:00 a.m.)
