System Support Engineer

About the Role
As a System Support Engineer you will play a crucial role in maintaining and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure.
Candidate should have thorough understanding and working knowledge of following:
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Windows Server OS
- Forefront & Sophos Firewall
- HP Storage server
- HP ProLiant series server
- WSUS/WDS/DNS/DHCP
- Microsoft 365
- Google Workspace
- Linux OS & Cybersecurity principles (highly preferred)
- Ability to understand Events & Logs monitoring
- Basic understanding of Subnetting, Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN, TCP/IP
- Very well aware of MS Visio / Edraw for technical documentation & report writing
- Experience Level: 1-2 years.
Qualification:
· Minimum Graduate (Computer Science is highly preferred)
· Relevant certification/courses
Communication Skills:
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
