System Support Engineer

We are seeking an System Support Engineer to manage and support system infrastructure across customer environments. This role includes system monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and participation in a rotational 24x7 support schedule to ensure service reliability and availability.

Key Responsibilities

Perform system patching, application deployment, and reporting.

Proactively ensure high levels of system and infrastructure availability.

Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.

Work on after-office-hours escalations, either onsite or remotely, as required to ensure the resolution of critical system issues

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.

Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
