Must Have/Required Skills

• 3+ years’ experience with government IT projects.

• 3+ years of Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power

BI, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio), including building complex canvas and model-driven apps.

• 3+ years’ experience designing responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

• 3+ years’ experience connecting Power Platform apps and flows to SQL Server.

Preferred/Nice to Have Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200) – Preferred

• Experience embedding Power BI dashboards into Power Apps.

• Understand data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
