- Collect and analyze hourly and daily service measurement data to ensure that the SNAP project returns to established baseline KPIs.
- Representing the team in SNAP-related projects, new node integration, and other centralized tasks, ensuring deliverables are met and holding other parties accountable for performance post-integration.
- Troubleshoot hardware and performance issues either independently or by coordinating with the tower crew and integrator after the SNAP project.
- Support Network Performance by evaluating and improving areas with poor coverage, optimizing the coverage footprint of the new carrier following SNAP.
- Collaborate with RF and Engineering to ensure that the transition from market 137 to market 130 is ahead of schedule, thereby avoiding impacts on market 137's POR (Plan of Record) and activations for 2...
