System Integration Engineer (IoT)

Job Roles

• Responsible for installing new sensors/devices and testing them to ensure they work correctly.
• Test and qualify IoT solution design specification (hardware & software).
• Perform troubleshooting on the device supported by the hardware provider.
• Diagnose problems and provide solutions to repair them, including PCB circuits, software configuration, and firmware upgrades. Order parts for repairs if needed.
• Perform data communication monitoring and configuration of servers, networks, and equipment.
• Perform device maintenance, and calibration procedures as well as provide customer support.
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on the job/services performed.
• Educate the client on how to use and maintain their devices.
• Explain issues with devices/sensors/equipment and repairs to customers.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and sub-contractors.
