Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for client IT support requests via phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Windows OS, Microsoft 365 apps, and desktop applications.
- Resolve network connectivity and Active Directory issues in a timely manner.
- Take ownership of issues and ensure resolution within SLAs.
- Collaborate with international teams, share knowledge, and drive process improvement.
