System Engineer / Sr System Engineer

Overview

This role requires close collaboration with IT end users, internal stakeholders, and technology partners to ensure that systems and network environments are operating optimally, securely, and efficiently. The position involves project installation, testing, post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage solutions, and network devices.
• Configure and deploy operating systems, applications, and services in accordance with best practices.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and capacity expansion initiatives.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting to ensure service levels are consistently met.
• Prepare and maintain accurate pre- and post-project documentation.
