About the Role
Job Responsibilities:
1. Infrastructure Support and Monitoring:
Provide support and monitoring of Windows servers.
Perform basic troubleshooting of Wintel systems including Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and group policy.
Monitor infrastructure health and usage, escalating issues as needed.
Assist in the deployment and maintenance of virtual machines and server resources.
2. System Administration and Maintenance:
Handle user access provisioning and de-provisioning tasks, including AD and file permissions.
Monitor system alerts, performance metrics, and backup jobs to ensure operational continuity.
Support patch management and antivirus/endpoint protection deployment.
3. Collaboration and Documentation:
Work closely with lead engineers, network teams, and cloud architects to ensure smooth operations across environments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation and knowledge base articles.
