About the Role
- Candidate need not have all four—any strong combination works (e.g., Exchange + SQL or M365 + SharePoint).
- Unix & DB Team :
- At least one database platform (Oracle, SAP HANA).
- Server Team :
- OS (Windows/Linux) and networking mandatory.
- Database knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Media Management Team :
- Windows + networking mandatory.
- Storage concepts and troubleshooting required (disk storage; tape optional).
- If one candidate has Windows + VMware + Cloud (Azure/AWS) , that’s ideal.
- Don’t expect all skills in one person—hire complementary profiles.
