Setup of Intune, Defender for Endpoint
Operation of the environments
Problem analysis
Packaging
Patch managementCustomizing and implementing device policies and rule
2nd-level support for deployed management solutions, as well as support for the service desk and desktop support
Participation in decision-making regarding workplace devices, processes, and policies
Implementation and monitoring of device compliance profiles
Collaboration on IT projects affecting the workplace
 
Qualifications
Completed vocational training in the IT sector with relevant professional experience
At least three years of experience with client management solutions, especially Microsoft Intune
