About the Role

Job Description
Storage Protocols & Networking – Understanding of NAS protocols (NFS, SMB/CIFS) and SAN technologies (iSCSI, Fibre Channel).
Storage System Administration – Hands-on experience with Huawei OceanStor, NetApp ONTAP, and other enterprise storage solutions.
Capacity & Performance Management – Ability to monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot storage performance issues.
Data Protection & Backup – Knowledge of snapshot management, replication, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning.
Scripting & Automation – Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automating storage tasks.
Automation & Optimization – Develop scripts (PowerShell, APIs) to automate backup tasks and optimize performance.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement – Maintain system documentation, provide training, and stay updated on Veeam innovations for continuous enhancement.
