System engineer

Role Overview:
The Level 1 Dynatrace System Engineer will focus on configuration, tuning, and administration of Dynatrace Managed for enterprise-scale applications. You will ensure the observability landscape is accurate, optimized, and actionable, manage One Agents, Active Gates, dashboards, and integrations

- Mumbai - Onsite
- Hyderabad - Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Dynatrace Managed Administration and configuration
- Configure and maintain dashboards, tagging, synthetic monitors, and business transactions
- Define, tune, and optimize problem detection rules, thresholds, and event correlation to reduce noise and improve actionable alerts
- Implement custom metrics, health checks, and ensure full application and infrastructure coverage
- Perform One Agent upgrades and Cluster Node upgrades
- Onboard One Agent for Open Shift & Kubernetes workloads based on monitoring requirements
