Location:
- Mossville, IL
Work Setup:
- Onsite: 5 days/week
- Up to 25% travel (U.S. based)
Interview Process:
- 2 rounds
- Virtual panel interviews
Role Overview:
- Focus on translating customer/commercial requirements into system-level requirements
- Supports development of automation & autonomy systems for heavy equipment
- Heavy emphasis on systems engineering, integration, and traceability across hardware/software
- Works closely across digital, validation, and engineering teams
Key Requirements:
- Strong systems engineering experience (requirements development & tracking)
