About the Role
Candidates must have experience at Level 2 support or higher or demonstrate independent self-support capability. Please do not submit candidates limited to Level 1 support roles.
Preference will be given to candidates holding MCSE and/or RHCE certifications.
Required Technical Competencies:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory & EntraID work in hybrid sync more.
Advanced hands-on experience with Linux-Microsoft Active Directory integrated via Kerberos.
Candidates must provide a copy of their best self-written PowerShell and Bourne shell scripts for technical evaluation.
Scope of Work – Candidates must demonstrate advanced knowledge, including sizing, setup, configuration, and performance fine-tuning in the following areas:
Microsoft, Linux, and VMware environments
Microsoft M365E3 especially Microsoft Graph.

Virtual memory management across relevant systems
