About the Role
We are looking for an experienced System Engineer with strong expertise in Server Management, Virtualization, and Cloud Systems.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide 1st & 2nd Level Support for OS, hardware, and application issues
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux systems
- Manage and maintain servers, storage, and virtualization platforms
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and resource utilization
- Perform regular backups, updates, and security patching
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides
- Support IT systems across office and remote locations
- Conduct basic user training and technical guidance
Key Skills – System Administration (Must Have)
- Virtualization: VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, vCenter
- Windows Server: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
- Linux Administration: Ubuntu / Red Hat / CentOS
