About the Role

Responsibilities
Build an effective and efficient operation by developing and managing development programs & scripting 
Serve as the escalation point of those escalated events & incidents that require further advisory, diagnosis and decision in order to achieve the defined internal OLA and service SLA.
Propose and enforce internal governance to align with PCI-DSS, ITIL and ISO27001 standard and requirements
Implement and management existing Anti-DDoS and Cloud Security Platform, including hardware and software layers locally and overseas.
Manage platform hardware and software release in order to achieve smooth service deployment and successful service launch
Liaise with other global teams and partners in managing and operating global services around the world
