About the Role

  Responsibilities 

 To carry out hardware /software setup, maintenance and trouble-shooting

 To provide hardware, software, databased and network support

 To manage IT asset and server hardware inventory

 To perform IT helpdesk functions, software installation, upgrade and manage company’s networks and computing platforms

 To follow up ad-hoc task

  Requirements 

 DSE / Form 5 or above

 Related disciplines with 1 or 2 years experience

 Familiar with DNS, DHCP, VPN, Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL Server and Virtualization

 Good at helpdesk service, system / server support, PC setup / migration and managing data backup

 Experience of managing network & facilities, including monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting (Switch, Router, Access Point) as an advantage...
