Job Title:
In-House ERP Developer / Technical Lead
We are building a custom, enterprise-grade ERP system and are looking for an in-house developer who will take technical ownership of the platform and ensure long-term code quality.
Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain the ERP system architecture and codebase
- Review and approve all code from project-based developers
- Enforce coding standards, security, and best practices
- Develop core system modules and improve existing code
- Ensure system stability, performance, and scalability
- Maintain technical documentation
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in backend development and system design
- Experience with enterprise systems or ERP is a plus
- Solid knowledge of databases, APIs, and Git workflows
- Able to perform strict but constructive code reviews
- High sense of ownership and accountability
