System Controller

The System Controller is responsible for monitoring daily transactions in picking & confirmation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Checks and extracts data with a schedule for delivery from SAP and uploads to INFOR.
• Processes all orders for picking and invoicing within the day for next-day delivery.

• Provides instruction to Warehouse Team on the priority delivery orders that need to be picked.

• Closely coordinate with CSD and the Transport and Warehouse Team on the processing and handling of orders with special instructions.

• Checks with the Warehouse Team on the status of picking and replenishment of stocks.

• Closely coordinate with IM Team for any Physical/System stocks changes/updates and problems that may take effect on the processing.

• Checks the minimum required expiry date of the stocks before picking and confirmation.

• Answers to queries of all departments.
