About the Role
The Company:
Our client is a worldwide well-known and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. This position will sit within the Customer Service department based at the Sydney Olympic Park Office. This role requires an individual to work 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide system support and responding to all inquiries from our Authorised Service Partners (ASCs) via email, Q&A and phone inquiries and internal SEAU teams. Liaise between our partners and Head Quarters (HQ) and Regional Headquarters (RHQ) when issues are not resolved quickly in a timely manner Facilitate Mobile and Web - System training, both face to face and remotely (phone or video conference).
