About the Role
Perform user requirement study and documentation.
Perform solution design and documentation, e.g. screen prototyping, database design and etc.
Work closely with JEE/.NET developer to translate design to coding object.
Produce test plan, test scripts and perform solution testing.
Implement JEE/.NET customized solution and related hosting products.
Produce user guide and conduct end user training.
Produce technical documentation.
Support & Maintenance Project
Perform solution impact study and produce change documentation.
Monitor and track defects in the defect management system to comply with support SLA.
Perform related solution design and documentation, e.g. screen prototyping, database design and etc.
