System Analyst

About the Role

The
Systems Analyst II
will be directly involved in daily system operations, system lifecycle planning, upgrades, and replacements. This role also supports analysis, technical/functional specifications, configuration, testing, and implementation of both new and existing systems.

You will work closely with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure system performance meets functional expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of Windows, Linux, and hypervisor environments
• Administer and maintain
  Windows Server
  systems (expert-level expected)
• Support
  Nutanix hypervisor systems
  in enterprise environments
• Work with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Plan and execute system upgrades and lifecycle replacement activities
• Support monitoring and automation tools including:
• BigPanda
• LogicMonitor
• Ansible
