About the Role
The Systems Analyst is responsible for support of Incidents within the Colleague Solutions team.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor support queues and provide first line support.
Review of incident data to ensure the completeness and quality of the information collected
Clearly and concisely communicate with management on support issues. Documentation of and revision to existing processes, with the end goal of improving quality of services offered to customers by technology teams
Maintain CMDB for Colleague Solutions by working with Application Owners and Technology Partners. Work with vendors to ensure operational processes are updated and current (Disaster Recovery)
