Key Areas of Responsibility

To ensure the corporate IT systems are running smoothly, efficiency and effectively.

• Set up, support & manage all the IT systems.
• Support and maintain applications and databases by evaluating client needs; analyzing requirements.
• Identify the requirements by consulting extensively with vendors, external or internal users.
• Strong system analysis and logical thinking are required to implement the new system and support the existing system.
• Minor programming language knowledge is preferable.
• Plan and work flexibly to a deadline.
• Provide reference for use of the system/ applications by writing and maintaining user documentation, maintaining a help desk.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
• Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
