Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team and support the Transportation Operations Center. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in systems administration, including Linux (REDHAT), Windows OS Servers, hardware deployment, and troubleshooting. This role involves providing excellent customer service, resolving break/fix issues, and supporting cybersecurity efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and deploy new/replacement Linux (REDHAT) and Windows OS Servers, as well as desktop/laptop hardware.
Provide Tier 1 and Tier III support for end-user resources, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
