DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support functional testing for critical services as part of monitoring.
• Support monthly backup and clean-up of logs.
• Prepare and generate reports and statistics for live services upon request.
• Ensure flawless functioning of daily reports and stats (email, web tool, SMS, etc.).
• Oversee both Technical Support and Custodian for the smooth day-to-day team operation.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Upgrade and configure system software supporting GIS infrastructure applications or Asset Management applications per project or operational needs.
