Microsoft 365 Administration
- Create, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 user accounts and services.
- Perform tenant consolidation and ensure smooth migration of resources.
- Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, including creation, forwarding, message tracing, and login troubleshooting.
- Assign, renew, and track licenses (M365, Power BI, Adobe, etc.).
- Provision Entra ID accounts, security groups, and enforce password/security policies.
- Configure and support MFA/SSO for secure user authentication.
- Manage email distribution groups and shared mailboxes.
Server & Infrastructure Management
- Set-up and Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
- Perform regular updates, patches, and backups across server infrastructure.
- Implement and manage disaster recovery, backup, and restoration procedures.
