System Administrator

The Systems Administrator serves as the dedicated IT and digital representative for a Mobility Infrastructure group. This role works closely with business stakeholders to understand goals, identify opportunities for digital enablement, and shape IT and transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business growth. The Systems Administrator is expected to be the subject matter expert in the processes, priorities, and operational challenges of the business domain they support, and to translate those into actionable technology roadmaps in partnership with Application and Development Team and Project Management Office. The Systems Administrator serves as the functional project manager, representing business interests in execution while ensuring effective stakeholder communication and adoption.
