System Administrator

Responsibilities:

1. Provides server administration and operations maintenance
2. Manage firewall, antivirus endpoints, backup servers and other infrastructure
3. Responsible for daily review of server and network batch jobs, problem logs and resolutions
4. Assist in Store and site renovation projects, covering IT infrastructure, CCTV, biometric access etc.
5. Review and recommend security patches monthly for the deployment of security updates on servers and network appliance
6. Preventive maintenance and server housekeeping activities to upkeep servers and network health
7. Participate in staff training to raise the general IT literacy of users
8. Develop automation scripts, runbooks, and enforce IT protocols across multi-parties.

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or other similar discipline.
