System Administrator

Environment: Exchange On-Premise, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, PowerShell

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 2 to 5 years supporting Exchange On-Premise environments.
• Experience administering Exchange and Microsoft 365 daily operations.
• Good understanding of mail flow and routing configurations.
• Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory environments.
• Basic PowerShell scripting experience for automation tasks.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
• Understanding of change management and operational processes.
• Willingness to participate in 24x7 support
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.

Preferred (Nice to Have only)

• Experience with ITIL practices or service management frameworks.
• Exposure to Exchange Online migrations or hybrid environments.
