About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Administration and maintenance of Windows Server environments (on-prem and/or cloud).
- Management of Active Directory , Group Policies (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and related services.
- Monitoring system performance, availability, and incident resolution (L2/L3 support).
- Patch management, updates, and vulnerability remediation.
- Support and administration of Microsoft services such as Exchange / Microsoft 365 (if applicable).
- Backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Documentation of procedures and contribution to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaboration with network, security, and application teams to ensure infrastructure reliability.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Windows Server administration.
